Specially designed to meet the needs of younger children. Classes are taught in a fun and structural format by use of traditional and constructive play drills with an emphasis on building confidence, respect, self-esteem and coordination.

(Uniforms are not included in the sign up fee. The uniforms are mandatory, and can be ordered the first week of classes. Until that time, a t-shirt and sweatpants may be worn.)

Juniors (Ages 7-14)                      

Tuesday & Thursday                5:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M.

Designed for with junior students in mind. This class offers traditional Chinese martial arts training with emphasis on proper stretching and calisthenics, self-defense, confidence, self-control and building a positive character. Classes are fast-paced and fun.
