Rates:

$64.00 per session - 1 class per week

$112.00 per session - 2 classes per week

$10.00   per class drop in fee

A series of exercises that promote overall physical conditioning with flexibility with a focus on core (abdominal and back) work.

 

Strength Training

Monday                        9:00 A.M.

Wednesday                  8:00 A.M.

This class focuses on total body strengthening.  You will improve your muscle/fat BMI ratio, flexibility, bone density, and balance.  Hand held weights of 3-12 lbs. will be used.  You will need 2 sets of weights and a mat.

 

Zumba

Tuesday                       9:00 A.M.

A dance fitness interval cardio class, incorporating a blend of latin and international movement and music.  No experience required!!  Zumba is fun and easy to follow.  Anyone can do it!
